Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with design and product development to create and refine fabrics aligned to seasonal creative and technical goals, including leading Men’s seasonal fabric programs.
  • •Oversee lab, risk, and wear testing (e.g., stretch recovery, pilling, shrinkage, durability) to validate fabric performance against internal standards using AATCC/ASTM/ISO protocols.
  • •Own wear test execution workflows: sample coordination, tracking, feedback consolidation, and translating insights into actionable development decisions.
  • •Serve as the technical expert for material selection, development, and commercialization, partnering with Design, PD, Technical Design, Production, and Sustainability.
  • •Manage supplier and mill relationships, leading development discussions, resolving technical issues, and recommending mills based on capability and development needs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 105,000 annually
