Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze and document business processes to improve efficiency, data quality, and standardization, including development/maintenance of SOPs.
  • •Partner with stakeholders to gather, define, prioritize, and translate business needs into functional and system requirements.
  • •Support end-to-end delivery lifecycle including requirements definition, solution design, testing, and deployment/release support.
  • •Provide platform enhancement (change) and production (run) support for sustainability/ESG reporting, including issue resolution and hypercare.
  • •Monitor system usage and data outputs, collaborate with technical teams/vendors to optimize performance, and drive continuous improvements (automation/AI-enabled features).

Key Requirements

  • •7–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Systems Analyst in enterprise environments.
  • •Strong process analysis and design, requirements gathering and documentation, and data analysis/reporting.
  • •2–3 years of sustainability/ESG experience, including GHG data management and reporting (CSRD/ESRS familiarity beneficial).
  • •Experience supporting ERP ecosystem environments (Finance, HR, Operations) and compliance/reporting or audit-controlled environments.
  • •Ability to bridge business and technical stakeholders with attention to data quality and consistency.
