Key Requirements

  • •Local to one of the four locations (Holmdel, NJ; Maynard, MA; San Jose, CA; Allentown, PA) and come into the office at least 1 day per week.
  • •5+ years of relevant experience in optics, specifically in opto-electronics or optical materials.
  • •Degree in Optical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a similar field.
  • •Understanding of design, working principles, physics, and failure modes of optical sub-assemblies (e.g., TOSA/ROSA, tunable lasers).
