Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and maintain project HSE plans, policies, procedures, and management systems.
  • •Ensure compliance with applicable UAE HSE legislation, regulatory requirements, authority standards, and organizational policies.
  • •Provide HSE leadership to project teams and guide consultants, contractors, and subcontractors, including review and approval of contractor HSE documentation.
  • •Conduct site inspections, audits, and assessments to identify hazards, unsafe practices, and non-compliance; monitor construction and project activities to ensure safe systems of work.
  • •Investigate incidents, accidents, near misses, and environmental events, identify root causes, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Management, or a related discipline.
  • •NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent internationally recognized HSE qualification (preferred).
  • •Relevant UAE HSE practitioner certification or registration (advantage).
  • •Strong HSE management experience in construction, real estate development, infrastructure, or major project environments.
  • •Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations, international safety standards, risk assessment, incident investigation, and environmental management.
