Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of AI agent systems and best practices, including agent architecture/loops, RAG (embeddings, chunking, retrieval), tool/function calling, skill/plugin design, MCP-based tool integration, and context/memory management.
  • •Experience building an AI agent application (e.g., chatbot/assistant), including RAG, tool calling, skill/plugin-style capability routing, and MCP-based integrations.
  • •Experience developing custom AI skills or tools that encapsulate domain logic and can be reliably reused within an agent.
  • •Demonstrated ability to follow and quickly adopt new AI technologies, with a willingness to continuously update approaches as the AI ecosystem evolves.
