Job Summary

Support month-end close and the AOP planning process by completing analyses, preparing journal entries, and coordinating cost center budgets. Provide FP&A support across AFE and strategic planning, including forecasts, trend analysis, and variance reporting. Conduct financial research on expenses, depreciation, working capital, and investment impacts, and quantify returns/payback for capital expenditures. Partner with departments and global operations to improve planning effectiveness and performance measures.

Key Responsibilities

•Support and assist in the close process, including analysis and preparation of journal entries and accurate system input.
•Perform financial and business analyses to assess the impact of corporate projects and transactions.
•Support the AOP process by coordinating preparation of cost center budgets and entering data into planning systems.
•Provide financial analysis and support in the AFE (Authorization for Expenditure) process and strategic plan.
•Prepare forecasts and analyze trends, produce management reports, and issue monthly variance statements on actuals vs. budget.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or a related field.
•4–5 years of finance or related experience.
•Proficiency with computers and financial software, including spreadsheet formulas, linking spreadsheets, extracting data, and building graphs.
•Ability to design and maintain tables, formulas, graphs, and macros (e.g., in WordPerfect or similar) and set up tables, queries, and reports in Access or similar.
•Knowledge of research methodologies and the ability to prepare and present clear financial and statistical reports.
