Key Responsibilities

•Own and develop strategic key accounts, building strong, long-term partnerships with local customers.
•Lead and execute China key account plans aligned with global, regional, and local strategies.
•Work closely with marketing, technical, supply chain, quality, and customer care teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
•Identify commercial opportunities, manage pricing and margins, and deliver sales and profit targets.
•Stay close to the market—tracking competitors, trends, pricing, and new business opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 7 years of solid experience as a sales or key account manager within the flavor or food-related industry.
•Hands-on experience managing local key accounts and building long-term customer partnerships.
•Strong commercial and market understanding of savory, sweet, and beverage applications.
•Background in an international company or a leading local flavor house (e.g. Huabao, Apple, etc.).
•Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional and virtual teams.
