Drive sales and marketing of Truist mortgage loan products by executing mortgage marketing and development plans to meet production goals. Use expertise in Truist mortgage strategies, policies, and secondary market investor guidelines to advise clients on suitable mortgage options. Provide referrals to deepen client opportunities across Truist services, and support mortgage loan fulfillment by following up on required client, attorney, or appraiser documents as needed.

•Execute mortgage marketing and development plans to meet or exceed mortgage production goals.
•Maintain thorough knowledge of Truist mortgage strategies, policies, procedures, and secondary market investor guidelines.
•Adhere to Truist policies and comply with state and federal rules and regulations.
•Provide mortgage clients sound advice based on client needs and Truist mortgage products and benefits.
•Consistently execute Truist referral processes and assist with post-closing document follow-up as determined by quality control or review.

Key Requirements

•1+ year experience in a banking and/or lending environment with basic knowledge of residential property types.
•Good organizational and written/verbal communication skills.

•Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment, including new or transfer of registration, and an applicable NMLS acceptable background check.
