Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
  • •Evaluate customer homes and recommend/sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
  • •Train homeowners on how to use their new system to protect their families.
  • •Conduct a safety analysis of every home to ensure a safe workplace for technicians and customers.
  • •Participate in virtual and on-the-job training, coaching, and leadership development to grow within the organization.

Key Requirements
