Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead on-site delivery of construction management services and manage CM professionals (including Assistant RE/CMs, Office Engineers, Inspectors).
  • •Support construction safety implementation by developing a safety culture and confirming contractor safety programs are submitted, approved, and followed.
  • •Implement project processes and tools across schedule, cost, quality, communication, decision-making, and information management.
  • •Support program and project controls through schedule control, cost control, change management, risk management, and reporting.
  • •Lead project meetings, manage construction schedule and budget status, monitor contract progress, and recommend contractor payments.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid US Driver's License.
  • •Ten years of progressively challenging construction management experience on major construction projects.
  • •Construction management experience on water and/or wastewater treatment facilities, pump stations, storage facilities, and conveyance pipelines.
  • •Proficiency using computers to prepare reports with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including experience with construction scheduling and P6.
