Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals and order parts while diagnosing issues using real-time data.
  • •Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment.
  • •Perform maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment and tools.
  • •Maintain complete and timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed and assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment & parts.
  • •When required, travel to customer job sites for repair/maintenance and assist in training lower level technicians as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Own tools applicable to the position.
  • •Advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools and advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Experience in field service, maintenance, and repair (preferred).
  • •Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record; must be at least 21 to operate a company vehicle.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred.
