Key Responsibilities

•Own the AP automation strategy and roadmap, including exception automation, AP inbox management, invoice coding, and vendor collaboration
•Reimagine the AP team’s workflow with an AI-first lens, effectively leveraging the power of AI to solve customer pain points while maintaining controls and security
•Be the voice of the AP persona within Zip
•Synthesize user needs with the company strategy and your product vision to develop a compelling roadmap and detailed product specs
•Manage end-to-end execution for core product features/capabilities

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 205,000 - 240,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years of Product Management experience, preferably at a SaaS or consumer technology company
•Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse technical and non-technical audiences
•Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence without authority, and drive alignment across engineering, design, operations, and customer-facing teams.
•Bias to action, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
•Extreme attention to detail and ability to quickly grasp complex business processes and industry knowledge
