Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the Owner through pre-construction, preparing RFQ documents and supporting proposal reviews and interviews.
  • •Manage site acquisition and the CEQA process, and coordinate design-phase meetings and design review comments to resolution.
  • •Monitor onsite construction activities, monthly schedule updates, and time impact analyses, verifying materials/equipment and tracking progress through completion dates.
  • •Oversee change management and documentation, including review of PCOs, development of the Owner’s estimate, and maintenance of CO/PCO logs.
  • •Coordinate RFIs/RFCs, submittals, progress payments, permit conformance, deficiencies, and testing/inspections with inspectors and AHJs.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus 6+ years of relevant experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •15 years of experience, including 8 years within California.
  • •Experience managing new parking garage construction and office tenant improvement (TI type) construction.
  • •Experience with the CEQA process and CalFire OSFM requirements.
  • •Experience working on California public works or federal projects, including renovation/ground-up and progressive design-build delivery (with 8 years as an owner’s representative).
