MX Payments Ops Specialist

Support and optimize payment operations across Mexico, including deposits, withdrawals, refunds, reconciliations, and customer payment queries. Collaborate with local payment providers and banks to resolve transaction issues, monitor transactions in real time to detect suspicious activity, and analyze payment behavior to improve payment flows. Document workflows and SOPs, help integrate and test new payment technologies, and ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies during payment incidents.
