Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, supervise, and execute all marine-related construction activities including piling, quay wall structures, jetties, causeways, near-shore civil works, and marine equipment installation.
  • •Lead construction for marine structures and associated civil/structural works (sheet piles, diaphragm walls, revetments, trestles, dolphins, fenders, mooring systems).
  • •Manage near-shore marine operations such as dredging, reclamation, backfilling, shoreline protection, and marine equipment deployment.
  • •Coordinate marine logistics including barge operations, crane lifts from water, and marine logistics.
  • •Enforce marine safety standards aligned with IMO/HSE and Iraq regulations, conduct daily safety walkdowns/toolbox talks, complete PTW and marine risk assessments (JSA, TRA).

  • •Bachelor’s degree in civil, Marine, or Structural Engineering.
  • •10–18+ years in marine civil construction.
