Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) using work order specifications, priorities, capacity, and material availability.
  • •Plan and coordinate daily manufacturing activities to meet customer requirements for output and product quality.
  • •Collaborate with Customer Service to prioritize urgent or special sales orders and align production.
  • •Ensure production execution aligns with committed shipping dates.
  • •Perform demand and supply planning, coordinate material replenishment, and analyze production performance and service KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •1–2 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, or related functions.
  • •Strong analytical and numerical skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • •Good organizational and problem-solving abilities, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Effective verbal and written communication skills; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
