Key Responsibilities

  • •Own planning and execution for commercial deployments from pilot through scaled rollout, including dock-based remote operations programs.
  • •Manage scope, schedule, dependencies, and risk across hardware, software, and operational workstreams, escalating technical, regulatory, and logistical issues early.
  • •Partner with customers to build the operational foundation, including Standard Operating Procedures, Safety Management System inputs, and maintenance/support plans.
  • •Run operational handoff to steady-state, confirming the customer team is ready before stepping back.
  • •Coordinate across Mission Success, Support, Product, Engineering, and Operations, translating customer requirements into execution plans and internal deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in a customer-facing program or professional services role delivering complex technical programs.

  • •Experience standing up new technology at customer sites, including workflow design, documentation, and training.
  • •Clear writing and speaking skills, comfortable in both customer operations meetings and internal engineering reviews.
