Key Responsibilities

  • •Create a net new dispute product from zero-to-one, overseeing product evolution and incremental improvements across the product lifecycle.
  • •Take a data-driven approach to product enhancements, identify opportunity areas, and contribute to the Product roadmap and prioritization.
  • •Manage ongoing innovation and enhancements using the Studio framework and drive continuous product documentation and knowledge sharing.
  • •Apply broader payments ecosystem understanding (e.g., regulatory, legal, technology, competition) to make fact-based business and product decisions.
  • •Lead delivery by understanding SDLC, surfacing obstacles to meet time and budget, and communicating proposals to senior management while partnering cross-functionally.
