Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with underwriters, loss control, claims and other business partners to support risk assessment and loss prevention initiatives.
  • •Establish and maintain commercial relations to persuade customers to choose Allianz Commercial and to embrace our improvement solutions.
  • •Deliver concise, high-quality views of risk, including loss expectancies, account exposures, and recommendations for service plans.
  • •Develop technically based risk management recommendations and provide insights to improve loss mitigation while working with client, broker and underwriting teams.
  • •Apply NFPA and related safety guidelines, codes, and local standards to risk assessments and recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 7 years’ experience in engineering/loss prevention surveys (industry or insurance)
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Science, Safety, Fire Protection, Engineering, or other technical discipline
  • •Proven sales mindset with ability to promote Allianz Risk Consulting services to clients
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication, with native-level Dutch and strong business English
  • •Strong business acumen and ability to build and nurture client relationships across internal and external stakeholders
