Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the face of Carvana at the gate for associates, vendors, and visitors while following ingress/egress procedures.
  • •Monitor live cameras, review footage, and investigate intrusion alerts using the Unified Security Platform.
  • •De-escalate conflicts and act decisively according to emergency protocols when seconds count.
  • •Use the Safe & Secure App and RFID tech to run point-at-the-gate operations and enforce procedures every time.
  • •Manage and document vehicle movement through the Inspection Center entrance and exit gates, supporting safety audits and incident prevention.
