Key Responsibilities

  • •Make outbound and inbound customer contact to negotiate and secure payment arrangements for delinquent accounts.
  • •Review accounts for collection opportunities and identify ways to cure or resolve delinquency.
  • •Maintain accurate documentation and timely follow-up in the collections system, including payment terms and status updates.
  • •Perform skip-tracing activities and collaborate with repossession vendors and internal teams to support recovery efforts.
  • •Ensure compliance with internal policies and laws (including FDCPA and UDAAP) and meet production metrics and delinquency/net loss targets.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED required.
  • •Minimum of 3 years of consumer debt collection and skip tracing experience.

  • •Knowledge of debt collection laws and best practices, including compliance with applicable federal and state collection rules.
