Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports for senior management.
  • •Develop, coordinate, and monitor annual budgets and forecasts, including variance analysis and recommendations.
  • •Perform financial analysis to support business decision-making across cost control, revenue enhancement, and profit improvement.
  • •Monitor and manage costs and expenditures, and develop KPIs to measure business performance.
  • •Support audits, ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards, and improve finance processes to enhance efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •A university degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
  • •Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA/CA) preferred.
  • •3–5 years of management accounting experience in multinational companies.
  • •Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations/standards.
  • •Advanced Excel knowledge and strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook).
