Key Responsibilities

  • •Support customers aligned to Area and enable value realization through onboarding and enablement workshops, prescriptive guidance, and achievement of onboarding milestones.
  • •Perform health reviews and remediation, including activating security use cases and advising on security and adoption outcomes.
  • •Proactively engage Technical Success Engineers to review and assess account health, with focus on telemetry risk signals and accounts approaching 6-month renewal.
  • •Provide strategic, case-based technical consulting (up to 90 days) including enterprise-level architecture, implementation, configuration, and optimization for Splunk Enterprise Security, UBA/UEBA, and/or SOAR.
  • •Collaborate with internal resources and customer-facing teams to manage customer needs, execute consultative conversations with decision-makers, and contribute to practice KPIs via process and collateral improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Positive Vetting (PV), Nv1 or Nv2 Clearance
  • •Deep technical knowledge of Splunk Enterprise Security (ES) configuration, administration, and development (including Assets and Identities, Threat Intelligence, Notable Events, Adaptive Response, and Risk-based Analytics)
  • •Strong command of Search Processing Language (SPL), including developing and optimizing correlation and risk-based alerting rules
  • •Data management experience integrating and normalising data from diverse sources, including Common Information Model (CIM) and data onboarding/forwarding architecture with technical add-ons
  • •Strong Splunk architecture and data onboarding experience, including Splunk Core product feature experience
