Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic thought leadership in designing and operationalizing third-party risk management programs within TPMO.
  • •Design and roll out enterprise-wide third-party risk management processes, driving maturity and periodic review.
  • •Create and maintain program documentation and artifacts (e.g., standards, training materials, desk procedures), including version control and storage.
  • •Conduct gap analysis to identify risks requiring risk-mitigating controls, and develop operating models.
  • •Oversee training delivery and technology enablement priorities, serving as a subject matter expert for assigned program areas and supporting regulatory change impact.

Key Requirements

  • •5-10 years of related experience in financial services, internal audit, or risk consulting with strong knowledge of third-party risk management.
  • •Experience designing program solutions, including risk scoring and aggregation methodologies, and committee reporting.
  • •Strong understanding of global third-party risk management lifecycle activities and related operational processes.
  • •Working knowledge of global risk regulatory requirements, with emphasis on US and/or UK regulators (e.g., OCC, FFIEC, FRB, FDIC; PRA, FCA).
  • •Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus data analytics tools including PowerBI.
