Associate Director - Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Data Center Construction

Lead end-to-end cost management for a large, mission-critical data center program, aligning scope, budget, and schedule across all phases. Own change control, commercial governance, contractor pricing reviews, and cost-risk analysis including scenario planning and sensitivity testing. Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial status reporting, producing executive monthly cost updates. Guide cost optimization and value engineering, mentor junior staff, and help expand business through proposals/RFPs and networking.
