Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the business and operational relationship with TSMC and OSAT partners, including business reviews, capacity planning, and contract negotiations.
  • •Oversee end-to-end NPI-to-HVM (High Volume Manufacturing) execution to meet technical milestones on time and within budget.
  • •Lead an ASIC engineering team in defining, designing, and verifying ASICs and ASIC subsystems aligned to power, performance, and area (PPA) goals.
  • •Define processes, methodologies, and tools for complex ASIC design and implementation to drive scalability, efficiency, and innovation.
  • •Identify and manage supply chain risks and develop contingency plans for capacity constraints or manufacturing disruptions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Business (MBA is a plus).
  • •15+ years of experience in semiconductor supply chain, foundry operations, or OSAT management.
  • •Strong track record managing large-scale manufacturing programs with TSMC.
  • •Excellent project management skills (PMP or equivalent experience).
  • •5+ years of proven management experience in a high-tech environment, focused on supply chain operations, vendor management, and team development.
