Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct yield and failure analysis to identify root causes and implement solutions that enhance product yield and reliability.
  • •Analyze structured and unstructured data using statistical methods, machine learning, and data mining to extract actionable insights.
  • •Develop and implement advanced methodologies and techniques to improve analysis quality and efficiency, and manufacturing processes.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges, including inspection/testing and quality programs.
  • •Lead technology transfer and new product qualifications from development through high-volume manufacturing, including risk assessments and process change management.

Key Requirements

  • •PhD (or foreign equivalent) in Material Science and/or Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering, or another STEM-related field.
  • •Experience conducting yield and failure analysis to identify root causes and implement solutions improving yield and reliability.
  • •Strong ability to analyze structured and unstructured data using statistical methods, machine learning, and data mining.
  • •Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with design, product engineering, and manufacturing to resolve complex technical challenges.
  • •Experience with risk assessments, process changes, and inspection/testing mechanisms to address non-conformances and process deviations.
Education:PhD / Doctorate in Material Science &/or Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering, or other STEM-related degree
