Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead daily dispatch operations, coordinating equipment moves between multiple locations.
  • •Plan routes and schedules and acquire required local and state permits for equipment transport.
  • •Maintain accurate, real-time equipment logs to track location and status of assets.
  • •Support dispatch representatives, step in as backup for the lead dispatcher, and assist with workforce scheduling.
  • •Manage multi-channel communication (phone/email), troubleshoot problems, assist with payroll logging, and deliver exceptional customer service.
