Key Responsibilities

•Develop deep understanding of products, business requirements, technical design, and implementation infrastructure to address client and customer data challenges.
•Support the product line technical management team across multiple sub-product lines and priorities.
•Gather technical data to plan, analyze, and evaluate product line operations.
•Support problem identification, root cause analyses, and analysis of alternatives activities.
•Recommend integration and automation solutions, prepare reports, and capture best practices and lessons learned.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 105,000 - 115,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Operations Research or related fields with 5 years of related work experience.
•5+ years additional relevant experience may be substituted for education (or 3–5 years with relevant certifications in UX software).
•Knowledge of computer system capabilities, business processes, and workflows.
•Experience implementing cloud-based products (Azure or AWS) and broad familiarity with databases, middleware, web UI, and APIs.
•Ability to work independently with minimal guidance, communicate effectively, and perform analytical investigation with strong attention to detail.
