Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide highly complex administrative support to an Operating Council leader and partner with executive assistants to maintain an efficient senior-management operating environment.
  • •Ensure effective communication within the executive assistant team by identifying issues, researching questions, and escalating matters to the leader.
  • •Manage the leader’s schedule, appointments, meetings, correspondence, and travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • •Establish and maintain files and records.
  • •Complete projects and special assignments, acting as a liaison with important clients and community leaders while handling confidential information discreetly.

Key Requirements

  • •High school graduate or equivalent.
  • •Seven years of administrative experience supporting, including two years supporting a senior level manager or professional.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and grammar, plus strong organizational, interpersonal, and math skills.
  • •Ability to work independently, provide direction to clerical staff, and exercise sound judgment in complex situations.
  • •Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
