Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze and evaluate sales, customer, product, and company metrics to identify opportunities, risks, and performance drivers.
  • •Consolidate and prepare data from internal and external sources while ensuring high data quality.
  • •Develop, automate, and continuously optimize reports, dashboards, and KPI systems for management, sales, and other stakeholders.
  • •Conduct ad-hoc analyses and create decision foundations for strategic and operational topics.
  • •Identify optimization potential across the customer journey and sales processes, and support leadership with analyses, recommendations, and business cases.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in economics, business informatics, data analytics, statistics, or a comparable qualification.
  • •First or several years of experience in business analytics, sales analytics, business intelligence, performance management, or sales controlling.
  • •Strong analytical skills and the ability to explain complex relationships clearly for different audiences.
  • •Excellent Excel skills and experience with BI/reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau (or comparable solutions).
  • •Experience with large datasets; knowledge of SQL, data modeling, or databases is advantageous.
