Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Perform system‑level and subassembly‑level builds involving small‑gauge wiring, soldering, crimping, and cable routing following engineering schematics and work instructions
•Assemble, rework, and upgrade electro‑mechanical products in accordance with MIL‑STD drawings, Raytheon process specifications, and quality requirements
•Support mechanical and electrical assembly of shipboard hardware, including chassis, wiring harnesses, through‑hole CCAs, and component board assemblies
•Read and interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, wire lists, and connector pin‑outs for routine to moderately complex assemblies
•Perform in process checks, visual inspections, and functional testing to verify compliance with engineering documentation and customer requirements

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED) with related technical education
•Minimum 1 year of electro‑mechanical assembly experience
•Minimum 1 year of production hand‑soldering experience

•Ability to obtain IPC‑A‑620, J‑STD‑001, and IPC‑A‑610 certifications (training may be provided)
