Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide overall execution of the SOF GSD IDIQ contract, managing cost, schedule, and performance metrics to meet contractual obligations.
  • •Lead all program management activities across multiple task orders under the SOCOM Enterprise IDIQ.
  • •Manage Task Order RFP proposal development and submission, engaging stakeholders to align task orders with company strengths and mission requirements.
  • •Ensure full compliance with contract terms and conditions and correct non-conforming contract services.
  • •Serve as the primary interface with subcontractors and internal stakeholders, oversee integration and deployment of SMEs, and prepare reports, updates, and risk assessments for leadership and contracting officers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 107,469.17 - 183,005.25 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Active Top-Secret clearance is required.
  • •10+ years of total experience supporting USSOCOM-assigned organizations (military, government civilian, or contractor).
  • •5 years of Program Management experience on a DoD contract, ending no longer than 12 months prior to proposal submission.
  • •Education: a Master’s in Program Management, or any business-related field, or a U.S. Military War College graduate with a Master’s Certificate, or a Bachelor’s degree with additional experience.
  • •Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIA Level III PM certification (or additional years of Program Management experience on a DoD contract).
