Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a sponsorship capacity for deals to apply team standard methodologies and drive revenue outcomes.
  • •Recruit, hire, onboard, empower, grow, enable, and retain enterprise architecture talent.
  • •Prioritize technical workstreams against capacity and progress technical pipeline to meet bookings targets.
  • •Maintain deal reporting cadence and communicate deal status to architecture and sales collaborators across Adobe and partners.
  • •Stay current on Adobe products, industry trends, and competitive landscape to align with Adobe DX processes and standards.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of architecture experience in enterprise, data, or content architecture.
  • •10+ years of people management experience; software presales or sales experience preferred.
  • •Strong executive presence, presentation, and documentation skills.
  • •Familiarity with Adobe products, especially Adobe Marketing Cloud and Adobe Experience Platform.
