•Act as a sponsorship capacity for deals to apply team standard methodologies and drive revenue outcomes.
•Recruit, hire, onboard, empower, grow, enable, and retain enterprise architecture talent.
•Prioritize technical workstreams against capacity and progress technical pipeline to meet bookings targets.
•Maintain deal reporting cadence and communicate deal status to architecture and sales collaborators across Adobe and partners.
•Stay current on Adobe products, industry trends, and competitive landscape to align with Adobe DX processes and standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 207,000 - 351,225 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of architecture experience in enterprise, data, or content architecture.
•10+ years of people management experience; software presales or sales experience preferred.
•Strong executive presence, presentation, and documentation skills.
•Familiarity with Adobe products, especially Adobe Marketing Cloud and Adobe Experience Platform.
•Ability to operate in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and partner effectively with customer IT and marketing leaders.
