Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement the environmental and seismic due diligence process from report engagement through review completion and facilitate report delivery.
  • •Assess and manage environmental, seismic, and property condition risk for collateral properties.
  • •Order environmental and seismic risk reports from approved consultants, and review reports for technical accuracy, scope compliance, and reasonableness of conclusions.
  • •Identify, respond and/or escalate environmental and seismic risks as appropriate, including providing risk management options and mitigation recommendations.
  • •Research and analyze complex environmental issues, guidelines, and legislation (e.g., lender liability and ASTM standards) and communicate conclusions in lay terms.
