Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely complete start-up plans for new wells and facilities while leading HSE commitments.
  • •Operate gas lift and gas-assisted plunger lift wells and compression equipment.
  • •Inspect wells, tanks, meters, separators, compressors, and piping for leaks/unusual conditions and take corrective actions.
  • •Use electronic remote well supervision to optimize production and reduce safety and environmental impact.
  • •Enter and monitor daily production/injection data, perform hands-on equipment repairs, and support MOC and PSSR activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Legally authorized to work in the United States and hold a current/valid driver’s license.
  • •1+ years of direct experience with oil and gas production practices, equipment, and terminology.
  • •1+ years of well gas lift operations experience.
  • •Experience operating and troubleshooting rental/company-owned compressors, sand traps, and flowback equipment (1+ years each).
  • •Intermediate proficiency with electronic remote well supervision to optimize production (Cygnet, CP) and ability to relocate within 40 miles of Kenedy, TX.
