Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage credit risk for a portfolio of commercial credit clients and monitor loan performance to ensure loan quality adheres to guidelines.
  • •Support Relationship Managers with financial/credit analysis, including researching financial statements and preparing written credit memoranda for credit committee approval.
  • •Collect client information and complete financial statement spreadsheets and projections of a company’s financial condition.
  • •Evaluate financial and nonfinancial covenants, monitor covenant compliance, and review legal documentation with periodic updates to Credit Policy.
  • •Conduct due diligence through lender meetings/discussions with Relationship Managers and monitor client loan portfolios on an ongoing basis.
