Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a senior technical authority for Reltio MDM solution design, ensuring alignment with Reltio standards and client requirements.
  • •Oversee technical and architectural Reltio MDM solution designs and prescriptive best practices for customer implementations.
  • •Design robust agentic workflows using Reltio’s Agent Flow platform and integrate with core systems and event sources.
  • •Lead and guide customer and partner technical teams, taking responsibility for professional services deliverables and outcomes.
  • •Manage multiple customer projects with onshore and offshore team members and coordinate with Product Management, Engineering, Development Operations, and Customer Success as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 114,000 - 240,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years delivering technology implementations and progressive delivery in a technology or professional services organization for moderate to complex solutions.
  • •2 years of experience with MDM platforms, including completion of 2 MDM implementations.
  • •Experience deploying and operationalizing LLM- or agentic systems (prompting, orchestration, evaluation, guardrails).
  • •Knowledge of SaaS and cloud delivery; familiarity with CRM (Salesforce, Veeva), ERP/accounting, and provisioning systems is recommended.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a technical field (Master’s recommended).
