IT Technician

Join the Warehouse IT team as a first point of contact for internal and external users, providing Level 1/2 support. You’ll troubleshoot IT issues across Windows and Linux environments, handle end-user devices (computers, printers, mobile devices), and monitor and maintain the IT infrastructure. Help implement improvements, analyze and resolve incidents using available tools, and support scheduled on-call rotations.
