Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and direct PQC, OBA, OQC, IPQC, and Repair teams including scheduling, shift assignments, and manpower rotation.
  • •Ensure implementation of quality plans for OBA inspections, IPQC inspections, and repair activities.
  • •Monitor held materials/products (FG and PCBA) and drive timely resolution through cross-functional collaboration.
  • •Review and summarize OBA and IPQC inspection results; communicate findings to promote quality awareness.
  • •Ensure compliance with quality standards by identifying nonconformities, recommending corrective/preventive actions, and investigating customer complaints/root causes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
  • •3–5 years of experience in Quality Engineering/Quality Assurance in a manufacturing quality role.
  • •Strong understanding of quality control principles, standards, methodologies, and continuous improvement.
  • •Working knowledge of quality tools/methodologies including the 7 QC Tools and 8D Problem-Solving, plus SAP systems.
  • •Knowledge of manufacturing processes and inspection techniques, with familiarity with UPS products and ESD controls/IPC standards (certifications/training an advantage).
