Business System Manager - Pega Fraud & Security

Own the day-to-day operations of Pega Fraud and Security systems, accountable to stakeholders and system impacts. Oversee business requirements, defects, access, UAT, and production certification, and define solutions for production problems, conversions/de-conversions, enhancements, and regulatory changes. Partner with Operations business leaders to translate objectives into system requirements, design business processes, and report on implementation status, while serving as the primary subject matter expert and strategy driver for the system.
