Key Responsibilities

  • •Connect strategy to execution by working with Product and Engineering teams to identify bottlenecks and streamline workflows.
  • •Synthesize voice-of-customer feedback and establish reliable metrics, dashboards, and hypotheses to understand users.
  • •Create operating systems for the Product Org, including team rhythms, run-of-business systems, and improved development processes and tooling.
  • •Facilitate collaboration across Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to align teams effectively.
  • •Run early access and beta programs, maintain launch motions, and increase cross-team roadmap visibility to amplify product impact.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in product operations, program management, or related operational roles in hyper-scaling tech companies.
  • •Experience building and operationalizing end-to-end product delivery, including scaling processes from 0 to 1.

  • •Strong cross-functional partnership skills with the ability to influence without authority.
  • •Strong analytical skills to translate qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights and recommendations.
