Product Operations Manager, Claude.ai (Consumer & Growth)

Build and improve end-to-end product delivery for Anthropic’s Research Product team, working directly with Product and Engineering across Growth, Enterprise, and Verticals. Create alignment up, down, and across the company by streamlining workflows, improving decision-making, and scaling operating mechanisms like metrics, dashboards, and run-of-business systems. Support early access and beta programs, maintain launch motions, and connect research outputs to users through strong cross-functional execution.
