•Greet customers and ensure a unique and memorable shopping experience, making them feel pampered, listened to, and well advised.
•Provide personalized consultations to visitors based on customer type and product focus.
•Support the store director and Specialists in day-to-day activities.
•Contribute to achieving store budgets and targets by adapting to strategic changes and new action plans from managers.
•Assist in organizing the stockroom and deliveries and maintain inventory accuracy.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma di scuola superiore.
•Good English language skills; French knowledge is a plus.
•Knowledge of the main sales KPIs; strong willingness to learn and apply.
•Agility, dynamism and flexibility; ability to work in a team.
•Previous experience in similar retail roles (Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant) preferred in multinational retail environments.
