Build and structure a high-calibre team, translate company priorities into concrete plans and ownership, and establish the operating rhythms that keep a fast-scaling organization aligned. Proactively remove process and capacity blockers, maintain a rigorous talent bar, and make Encord a destination brand through sustained culture and hiring excellence.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and structure the organization to grow the India hub to several hundred people over time.
•Translate strategy into execution by working with leadership to define plans, ownership, and operational discipline for delivery.
•Create the operating backbone: planning cycles, performance cadences, and leadership check-ins to keep the team moving.
•Identify and fix blockers slowing the organization (process gaps, capacity constraints, structural friction) with scalable solutions.
•Maintain an exceptionally high talent bar by setting hiring standards, making tough calls, and building a culture worth staying for.

Key Requirements

•10–15 years of general management or site leadership experience, ideally with a strong consulting foundation (ex-MBB at Project Leader, Engagement Manager, or Principal level).

•Global mindset with the ability to bring business standards, rigour, and culture to the team.
