Participate in a comprehensive onboarding program with rotations across Operations, Sales & Service, Lending, Small Business, Preferred, and Sales & Operations Management to prepare for a Financial Center Manager role. Develop strong Consumer and Small Business customer relationships through consultative selling, financial needs assessments, and an integrated book of business strategy. Learn to source, coach, and lead a team while supporting a collaborative “One Bank” culture and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding from day one through program completion, including Consultative Selling Skills Certification
•Deepen Consumer and Small Business customer relationships by delivering a memorable customer experience
•Maintain working knowledge of Fifth Third products, services, processes, and internal resources to guide and lead the team
•Use a consultative sales process to identify customer/prospective financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions
•Learn to source, develop, coach, and lead a team while cultivating a “One Bank” culture and supporting community activities

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or 2+ years of leadership experience in a sales environment
•Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication
•Capability to analyze credit and financial information
•Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities
•S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through NMLS
