Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage clients in deeper conversations to uncover financial wellness opportunities and provide customized recommendations in person and over the phone.
  • •Open consumer checking, small business accounts, various deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
  • •Meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and consistently attain sales and referral targets.
  • •Build partnerships with branch teammates and line of business partners to acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including documenting client interactions, and assist with teller transactions as needed.

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •1+ year of experience developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources (sales is more important than financial services experience).
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques such as tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Comfort interacting with small business clients, overcoming objections, and asking fact-finding questions (preferred).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, and web browsing).
