Job Summary

Oversee back-office servicing for government and foreign securities trading, ensuring accurate settlement and trade confirmations delivered via SWIFT. Process Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) contracts, orders, and client account setup in relevant registries, and submit registration messages to the Central Depository. Support money market trading by preparing and monitoring payment orders and dispatching authorized payment and execution messages through approved channels.

Key Responsibilities

•Send settlement messages for securities with specified securities accounts via SWIFT.
•Prepare payment orders for fund transfers from accounts held at the Bulgarian National Bank (BNB) or correspondent banks, and prepare confirmations for executed trades.
•For BSE trading, process incoming contracts, orders, and instructions; prioritize and organize them.
•Open and manage client securities accounts in the ABB registry and related depository registries linked to Allianz Bank Bulgaria AD’s Central Depository account.
•Prepare, authorize, and dispatch payment orders and executed trade messages via SWIFT or other approved communication channels.
