Key Responsibilities

  • •Build end-to-end product experiences for users to create and configure AI agents for real work.
  • •Design and ship workflows to evaluate agent quality, inspect results, and understand failure modes.
  • •Create product loops that enable agents to improve over time via feedback, evals, optimization, and self-improvement primitives.
  • •Help users deploy and operate auto-mode and independent agents with guardrails, controls, and visibility.
  • •Work across frontend, backend, prompting, harness behavior, infrastructure, and product systems to turn agent capabilities into polished user experiences.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in computer science or a related degree.
  • •Minimum 6+ years of experience building product software.
  • •Strong coding skills in Go, Python, Java, or TypeScript, with an emphasis on reliable, well-tested systems.
  • •Experience building AI, agentic, workflow, automation, or developer-product experiences is a strong plus.
  • •Strong product sense and comfort working across both user-facing experiences and backend systems.
