Key Responsibilities

•Build end-to-end product experiences for users to create and configure AI agents for real work.
•Design and ship workflows to evaluate agent quality, inspect results, and understand failure modes.
•Create product loops that enable agents to improve over time via feedback, evals, optimization, and self-improvement primitives.
•Help users deploy and operate auto-mode and independent agents with guardrails, controls, and visibility.
•Work across frontend, backend, prompting, harness behavior, infrastructure, and product systems to turn agent capabilities into polished user experiences.

Key Requirements

•BA/BS in computer science or a related degree.
•Minimum 6+ years of experience building product software.
•Strong coding skills in Go, Python, Java, or TypeScript, with an emphasis on reliable, well-tested systems.
•Experience building AI, agentic, workflow, automation, or developer-product experiences is a strong plus.
•Strong product sense and comfort working across both user-facing experiences and backend systems.
