Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day HR operations, government relations (GRO), local labor compliance, and vendor management for the Saudi team.
  • •Execute operational tasks on Saudi government portals (Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, GOSI) to ensure full regulatory compliance.
  • •Handle end-to-end Iqama processing (issuance, renewals, and exit/re-entry processing) and support business/work visa processing for new joiners and visitors.
  • •Maintain and renew official company documents, licenses, and commercial registrations on time.
  • •Administer medical insurance, handle petty cash reconciliation, process vendor invoices, and support office facilities and supplies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • •3+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or Government Relations (GRO) in a tech or high-growth environment in Saudi Arabia.
  • •Hands-on experience navigating Saudi government portals (Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, GOSI) with solid working knowledge of Saudi Labor Law.
  • •Fluent Arabic and English (written and verbal) for government portal management and multi-office communication.
  • •Practical experience managing petty cash, medical insurance policies, and vendor invoicing, plus comfort learning HRIS and productivity tools.
