Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build automated workforce data pipelines that ingest, reconcile, and normalize data from systems such as Workday, Tableau, Google Sheets, finance extracts, recruiting tools, and planning spreadsheets.
  • •Create self-healing scheduled automation to detect data drift, validate freshness, and alert on anomalies, eliminating manual reporting and reconciliation.
  • •Apply AI/ML models to forecast attrition risk, hiring pipeline health, time-to-fill, and organizational capacity gaps, including intelligent alerting for workforce risks.
  • •Design, build, and maintain operational dashboards that act as a single source of truth for headcount management across Trust & Infrastructure, with role-specific views.
  • •Automate the end-to-end headcount management lifecycle (position creation/approval, requisition tracking, offer management, onboarding triggers, and backfill initiation) with audit trails and provenance.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, workforce analytics, or related technical operations.
  • •3+ years building automated data pipelines integrating multiple disparate data sources (APIs, flat files, databases, SaaS exports).
  • •Proficiency with modern BI/dashboard tooling (Tableau, Looker, or equivalent) including designing dashboards from scratch.
  • •Strong programming skills in Python and SQL (or similar) with experience building production-grade automation.
